Mommy & Me Yoga

Mommy and Me Yoga is a program designed to bring fitness and balance to new moms through yoga, while bonding with their infants at the same time. Moms will gain flexibility and serenity through poses and breathwork, and will improve strength and tone in abdominals, legs and buttocks. Moms will also learn how to relax their overworked necks and shoulders. Age appropriate exercises for your baby stimulate your baby’s basic motor skills, vision and coordination. Mommy and Me classes are for parents with babies from one month post partum up to one year. This class is designed to help new mothers get back in shape after childbirth in a playful, serene environment. They will also explore baby exercise and massage. This class is a great way to meet other parents of infants.
