Yoga for babies newborn to crawling, Mommy and Me uses elements of infant massage and yoga to help a baby learn to move. Helen Garabedian states in her book "Itsy Bitsy Yoga" that these poses "help in crease body coordination", and "Help foster an awareness of space around the child". Mommy and Me yoga is also a great bonding experience for moms and their new babies. This class alternates between hands on work with the babies and postpardum poses for moms. We will work on toning the muscles of the belly and relaxing the shoulders and back.

All classes are taught by Nicolle Jensen, registered yoga instructor. To connect with Nicolle, call 690-2443.
