Every Saturday morning an experienced birder will lead an easy walk on the grounds of the 135–acre wildlife sanctuary that is the Randall Davey Audubon Center. Bring your binoculars or borrow ours. Bring the family together through yoga! In the FAMily yoga class we will use our bodies to tell stories, explore movement through imagination, increase our flexibility and strength, and have fun! FAMily yoga is a playful environment in which to expose children of any age to the postures, language, and atmosphere of yoga while practicing together as a family. This class will be most appropriate for children ages 3-10.
