As the only regulation NHL refrigerated outdoor ice rink in New Mexico they offer competitive ice hockey and recreational skating from November through February and are open 120-125 hours per week weather permitting. The Rink offers a warming hut with a concession stand stocked with hot cocoa, coffee, pizza, hot dogs, chips, candy bars, sodas, water, and other assorted items. The warming hut has large picture windows to view the skaters and the picturesque canyon while staying warm and sheltered from the elements.
